We are hosting a volunteer workshop for Wishbone Pet Rescue Alliance at the Allegan County Animal Shelter. This workshop is for all current Wishbone volunteers looking to learn how to perform the Meet Your Match™ Canine-ality™ and Puppy-ality™ assesments for the shelter's temperment tested dogs. The Meet Your Match™ Canine-ality™ and Puppy-ality™ Adoption Program is a multifaceted approach designed to increase the likelihood that shelter dogs will be accepted into their new homes as welcome members of the family. Matching the "Canine-ality™" or "Puppy-ality™" of shelter dogs with the type of dog adopters are looking for lays the foundation for the human/canine bond to develop, increasing the potential for a successful, permanent placement.
